Smarter interactions are needed from the contact center, to self service, to field service. We need to do better than traditional QA of inspecting the product after it has left the manufacturing plant, to use a manufacturing metaphor. We need intelligent guidance within our interactions, whether they be in the contact center, on our self-service web site, or inthe field.
